Goldie Hawn has finally unloaded the Malibu estate she’s shared with mate Kurt Russell two years after first listing it.

According to Redfin, Hawn bought the house in 1989. She listed the property in July, 2011 for $14,749,000 and dropped the price to $9,950,000 a year later. She closed on the sale at a still healthy $9,500,000 earlier this month.

The architecture is Bali-inspired and the ocean views are nothing less than jaw-dropping.

The main house and guest house contain a total of four bedrooms. There’s a media room and several outdoor areas perfect for entertaining.

Goldie and Kurt also have homes in Pacific Palisades, Aspen and Vancouver.
